Floating MLE

This program is a simple text entry program - like a basic text editor, but without opening and saving files. Its only feature is that it always floats above other windows - you can keep a bit of text visible above all your other programs.

Full editing keystrokes (eg copy and paste) are available, as are any features provided by a WPS extender (such as the popup menu for Cut/Copy/Paste from NPS).
