Placing Your Order

• Your name (and account reference if known)
• Your address - please tell us if you have moved
• The items you wish to order
• Payment details, including an allowance for postage
• Any special instructions, eg secondhand if possible.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Add an allowance for postage according to weight. We will invoice actual postage and packaging. A guide to help you estimate costs is on the back of our Order Form (sent with all orders, available online or may be requested). We will choose the most cost-efficient option unless you specify otherwise (eg Express Post for extra speed).

Payment Methods

Payment options within Australia

• Australian Internet Banking and other electronic Direct Credit Transfer services: These have many advantages over credit cards. Please use BSB 803-012, Account Number 309404, Account Name: Kingsley Educational Pty Ltd and include your name and the account number from your invoice in the Reference field for the transfer. Please also advise us by email of the transaction date and the amount you have authorized to transfer. Check with your own bank about any preliminary steps before transferring.
• Australian cheques or Australia Post money orders (payable to "Kingsley Educational Pty Ltd") for mail orders. Please do not send cash in the post.
• Visa/Mastercard (supply number, expiry date and cardholder's name) for any kind of order, but do not email the details without disguising them, for security reasons.

Payment options: New Zealand

• Internet Banking and other similar Direct Credit Transfer services: These have many advantages over credit cards. Please use Bank/Branch code 02-500, Account Number 0512352-97, Account Name: Kingsley Educational Pty Ltd and include your name and the account number from your invoice in the Reference field for the transfer. Please also advise us by email of the transaction date and the amount you have authorized to transfer. Check with your own bank about any preliminary steps before transferring.
• Deposit directly into our Bank of New Zealand account 500-0512352-97 and ask the teller to include your name or KEPL account number (see an invoice) on the transaction entry. Please include a deposit receipt with your order. Each Australian dollar is worth around $NZ1.28 as at 1 August 2008.
• Visa/Mastercard (supply number, expiry date and cardholder's name). We charge actual amount in Australian dollars, so the amount on your statement may vary slightly depending on exchange rates on the day of the charge.

Payment options: elsewhere overseas

• Internet banking or other Direct Transfer services - this has many advantages over credit cards: check with your bank about requirements first; contact us if you need further help. Make international transfers to Australia to the following account: BSB 803-012 Account 309404, Reference field: your name and/or your KEPL account reference
• Visa/Mastercard (supply number, expiry date and cardholder's name). We charge actual amount in Australian dollars, so the amount on your statement may vary slightly depending on exchange rates on the day of the charge.
• Australian dollar cheques or international money orders.
