AgriScience CLE
This one-year course for Grade 10 or above is a general overview of the various facets of western agriculture. Starting with a little history of farming, the course then deals with plant growth, animal growth, and related subjects. The PLANT chapters cover the growing of plants, soil types, plants and their uses, agricultural pests, floriculture, growing plants in nurseries, landscaping, fruit and nut production, row crops, forest science, protecting the environment, and organic agriculture. The ANIMAL chapters cover the growing of animals, the livestock industry, the dairy industry, the poultry industry, aquaculture (fish and crustaceans), companion animals and pets, and the proper treatment of animals. Car Care CLE

Introduces students to three areas: the major systems of a car, the basics of inspection and maintenance, and the financial aspects of owning and operating a vehicle. Auto Fundamentals CLE
One year's work at Grade 11 or above. The text covers design, construction, and operation of automotive systems. Auto systems are taught by first explaining the principle of each and then describing the parts that make them up. Systems taught in the book include engine, electrical, ignition, fuel injection, emission, computer, transmission, suspension and brake.
